No washroom access so rude Always excuses

Just left the gas station this morning and the lady who works the register has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have intereacted with her in the past and she was exactly the same but thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Well I'm convinced that's just her attiutude. Today she was on the phone taking a personal call. I know it wasn't a customer because she said hold on quickly and rudly a few times before snatching my money out of my hand and grunting at me when I told her what pump and turned around to leave. Everytime I go in there to pay she's always grumpy and short. I hope the manager see's this so he can talk to her because either her attitude needs to change or there going to lose business.

Awesome gas station staff are really friendly , the one staff member checked my moms oil and even topped it off. That’s the Grimsby service. Been here a couple times and they are always friendly. Nice young staff you don’t see that too much anymore… will definitely be coming back

The staff at this location are all friendly and welcoming. They keep a secret treat for any 4 legged pets they notice waiting in the car for you, something I truly appreciate and so does our Husky, Laya 🐺🐾😊 The gas bar is well stocked and always clean. Thank you to the Staff for taking the extra step to make personal connections with all your customers. (Ps, Laya wants Quarantine to end, she misses her trip to the gas bar 😉🐾💜)
