Just discussed business with them, very helpful and pleasant lady.

They have always been good to work with but recently I was chatting with Ginette in the Dispute Department and she was a true gem. Empathetic, helpful and really pleasant to deal with. I have two cards with them and really enjoy banking with them

Bought tires and did all recommended work that was claimed by them In 2020, the tires were bald in 28,000KM even though they have a rating of 120,000 KMs or 5 years… They replaced the tires and … claimed they replaced them the first time on a “gesture of good will” which was not the case, they were under warranty and I fought for 3 weeks before they replaced them. Now tires still under warranty and claim to last up to 120,000 KMs…. and bald in 30k but they refuse to replace them even though, I still had in writing on their paperwork 100% warranty.. still they refused to replace them the 2nd time and said it was my vehicle…and not their DEFECTIVE TIRES. But how is it my vehicle when the tires lasted the same amount of time and I did all recommended work they claimed I needed as well.. I’ll go elsewhere from now on. These people are crooks.

Good company, good customer service, bad ratings here reflect sour grapes for people who had bad experiences. Considering the volume of calls they field the fact that they have only a few bad reviews is impressive. They have always been attentive to any issues I might have had, and did their best to resolve them in the fairest manner possible.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Donley. I was amazed at the exceptional customer service. As a business owner we need all the help we can get. Canadian Tire, you made a heck of a great decision to hire an employee of this caliber.
