Canadian Tire

Canadian Tire Auto Service Dunnville staff tried to add fees that weren’t discussed and then when we asked for the manager - the manager took their sweet time and made us wait over half an hour to discuss the issue. We’ve been to other Canadian tires and it seems it’s the dunnville Canadian tire that is lacking in professionalism … do better!

Absolutely fabulous experience with Dunnville Canadian Tire and their team. We run a short term rental property in Selkirk and had someone break our bbq during their stay and someone else coming in the same day requiring one. I was able to work with Nancy and her team to purchase a new bbq, have it built on site and ready for SAME DAY pick up. 10/10 would recommend and will be a returning customer.

The store manager Nancy is just the very best! ♥ I tried to order 2 items online at 50% off on the last day of the sale, but ran into technical difficulties so unfortunately was unable to place my order. But even though it was a few days after the sale had ended, she honoured the sale price so I was able to still get them for half price, so like getting 2 for 1, so thank you so very much for that Nancy, as that sure helped with my Christmas shopping!

I picked up an order Oct 29th from the side of the store. Large door, ring bell etc. I was impressed with the young man who took my order number and retrieved my purchased product. He deserves recognition as he was very polite, easy to deal with (I couldn't open the scan box in my email) and had a sense of humor. Unfortunately, I don't know his name. Very good Canadian Tire for a smaller town. The store seems small but it is packed with product. I have been here many times and have always had a good experience. I went in today to get a cookie sheet and found myself buying more than I needed. This was mostly because they had done great in-store prices. Some bulk items I would buy at a Costco were equally priced here. What I especially like is the amount of employees working. Generally at a Canadian Tire it takes forever to get some help. This a very nice store in a very nice location.
