Paint department Staff are the BEST. This location is well stocked for projects and cleanup. Easy parking in large lot.
View on GoogleWould give more than 5-stars if I could. Have been a Canadian Tire automotive customer for over 15 years in a different location. After moving to Niagara I was hesitant to try the Canadian Tire automotive department and instead tried a local highly rated shop on reddit. Boy I was wrong, the local shop quoted me over $1000 for bogus repairs that were not needed. I was helped by the service staff at Canadian Tire immensely and Boris took the time to make sure I left happy and satisfied. I will be bringing back my other vehicles in the future to this location. A++++ service. Thank you Boris & staff for everything.
View on GoogleThe store is very big and has a wide selection of items. They have everything from fishing to automotive and more. My main issue is that I came twice and had to go to the customer service desk. The lady there is not friendly at all, she has the worst mood and doesn't know what's going on. I came in twice on separate trips and it was the same lady who couldn't help me and gave me attitude. There wasn't enough workers in the building as it was difficult to find any in some aisles.
View on GoogleI did an online order, however also had to run in and grab something. I haven't been to this location before so asked the guy at customer service where I go to pick up online orders. He had great customer service and explained where I had to go. So I went over to the pick up location where there is a bunch of lockers. I pushed the button for help as I never got a confirmation email of purchase or ready to be picked up. Thankfully I did screenshot of my purchase to have purchase confirmation number to look it up and see that the order was ready. I waited over ten minutes when a manager finally walked out, in which i began to talk and he asked if I pushed the button and I explained I did and he said someone would be with me and left. So I pushed the button again and still waited over 20 minutes to have no one come. So I then called the store and explained I had been waiting over 20 minutes in the pick up area and pushed the button twice and no one has come. Thankfully two minutes later a lady came out. I explained the situation on not getting a code as she explained that is how the lockers unlock, however not getting a confirmation email I would not of gotten this. I noticed that one of my items had been canceled which I was disappointed in as I drove over 25 minutes to this location as they had one in stock. I asked the lady if I would be able to get a different item in which she explained I had to go into the store, which I understood but at this point was annoyed. She went and got someone who was able to open the lockers thankfully but this situation should never of taken as long as it did to get someone to help, let alone me having to call the store to actually get help. Do better please!
View on GoogleThis store has a lot more than tires and car supplies. There’s also a Party City and Petco Inside the store. So much here including bathrooms that are clean and a kiosk to help you find things and staff are nice. Prices are a bit high for some thing but overall it’s fun to come here for hockey stuff and tools and car stuff and home goods.
