Educational, efficient, and entertaining. Christian delivered what can be some rather dry material with vigor. He sprinkled his presentation with topical jokes and puns to keep our attention while at the same time keeping our focus on the key takeaways from the class. He was gravely serious when he needed to be as well. He gave us examples explaining that, while common sense seems like something everyone should have, you should NEVER assume that in the construction world. He thoroughly covered every section of the book and made sure we had our questions answered. He also tested us during our practical and made sure he guided us through each step while giving gentle reminders to make sure we got it right. Highly recommend this place! Sidenote, they have private, individual, clean bathrooms with a few extras that go above and beyond. They offer coffee and granola bars to keep you alert. The room was not overly hot so it helped me stay awake. We only took a few short breaks and were done in a very reasonable amount of time without missing any material AND had some room for banter or quick conversations, keeping us all engaged. They accommodated my last minute need to fill a day for my staff and fit us quickly into a class. 11/10.

We have been coming here every few years for Working At Heights training. We have seen several instructors, including Doug, Christian and most recently, James. All 3 instructors were friendly and knowledgeable. We are glad to be taught the important skills of safety through this company.
