Had a massive tree fall on my house during the wind storm, severely damaged the hydro stack on top of my house, and it’s wrapped in a hydro line and they won’t come! Job for an electrician they say! No wonder people don’t pay their hydro bills, you get no service! Thanks for neglecting a home with a special needs child who needs power in order to live his daily life!

Had power flicker for like a week and phoned. Within 20 minutes truck shows up. Zeke and the Crew replaced entire line from house over the highway and had the police shut down traffic. Total time was 1.5 hours from call to completion .These Guys are Prime Time. Keep up the great work!!

Recently our church participated in an Energy Incentive Program. Mike Tobollo has been our contact person throughout the process. I found my dealings with Canadian Niagara Power to be exemplary. My client wanted his LED lights installed by a specific date, to meet a deadline. Based on previous experiences with other hydro companies, my biggest fear was that the Save On Energy application would take several weeks to process, putting us past the timeline my customer was working with. Within a day and a half, the application had been approved, and we were ready to proceed. The job was completed well within the time frame my customer specified, and he was extremely happy. I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with all of my interactions, whether it was on the phone, through email or in person, with Taylor at CNP. I highly recommend their services.
