Breath taking views at the very steep cost of space. Seriously, do not expect luxury spacing if you also want to see the falls. The main building was built in1929 and people had less baggage back then. The restaurant on the top floor has the best views of the falls while providing 5 star quality. I've personally met the head chef for the restaurant and the banquet kitchen below, and quality is his number 1 concern making customer satisfaction guaranteed. One thing to note, this establishment is not a good option for locals looking for a good time at a bargain. You are paying for quality and the view. If you've seen it before and don't mind cheap food, find somewhere else to save your money.

Canadian Niagara Hotels has confirmed themselves to be unfair in their conduct of business. Differing political opinions from those held at Canadian Niagara Hotels can, and has, lead to eviction. Be forewarned about staying at a hotel with owners fickle enough to evict a father and his daughter. Otherwise prepare to sleep on the sidewalk with a nice apology from Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc to keep you warm.

They evicted and threatened with calling the police on them guest because they stopped and supported workers on strike at a different location for a parent company. No refund. Can’t imagine being on vacation in a foreign country like Canada and being kicked out of my hotel for doing something completely legal.
