Canadian Door Doctor

Finally some results and a fix but what a long process. Recently had two new garage doors installed into a HEATED garage. One of the door panels was slightly damaged and we can actually see daylight through the crack and obviously lots of cold air. Numerous calls to the company have resulted in no solution. Very poor communications.

This is a great company to work with. They provide professional service at a fair price. In a pinch, they were also able to accommodate an emergency repair. I've used them for many years at my business and recently at home. Abby in particular has been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend using them.

One of my garage door springs broke and I called Canadian Door Doctor late in the business day. Brigitte was very kind, gave me an accurate estimate and an appointment for the next day. Kevin arrived early. He was polite, respectful of my property, completed the job in just over a half hour and removed all debris and broken parts from the job site. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

I am happy with the job they have done with our new garage door. Sales person gave us plenty of options, and was able to quote us on the spot. The install team was fantastic, and the door looks great. Only thing to nitpick was that we were unaware that the carriage style door for our size of our door comes in a three panel wide design. This means that the installer could not center the carriage handles on the door without putting it on the recessed pattern of the door, which would have looked funny. So we ended up leaving them off.
