Showed up for a booked event today at 10 am no one is there to let us in

Not very welcoming when rented the upstairs hall only 1 bartender for our event .Paid for kitchen everything locked .handicap elevator locked had to get the bartender to unlock it and we had very large event .paid 100 dollars down and was told no we didn't. WHO RENTS A HALL WITH NO DEPOSIT. My family are vets and this place was very disappointing.No one even cared to know me or my family. I am the grandmother in all my years of dealing with legions and lions and other halls never felt more unwelcome then here.Shame on you

this is a great spot beside 7/11 which also helps this place because it puts it in such a perfect location but this is a great little place to have wedding party's or my type of party or event needing to rent a haul there is so 2 levels so this spot
