Canadian Cannabis Clinics - (Online & Phone Appointments Only)

Very unprofessional. I requested to have my file closed after 2 doctors no-showed for my initial appointment calls. When I emailed to complain, they stated that this happens as doctors' availabilities can fluctuate. What? You booked the appointment based on their availabilities. They also said they would not be able to close/permanently delete my file due to Health Canada requirements. So now this place has my medical information and I don't know how secure it is given that they don't even know how to book and show up to appointments properly.

My experience with the clinic was an absolutely amazing one! Lori and Ashley were very kind and welcomed me, and I got to see Dr. Bothma who was so kind and helpful. My visit ended with an appointment with Rhona, who is an exceptional counsellor! She does her work very well, is so helpful, kind and caring. Thanks!

Everyone at this clinic is amazing. I see Dr. Lee on a 6 months basis and he is very friendly and informative. Marie is my counsellor, she takes the time to discuss things with me and is very knowledgeable on the subject at hand. I feel the people at this clinic are more like good friends than just workers doing their job. I always leave feeling happy and understood. I would recommend this clinic to everyone in need of understanding and compassion in getting the medicine they need to live a quality life.

This is a fantastic clinic. Without going into the health reasons my son was referred to this place, he is 18 but due to regulations, anyone under 26 (or 25) needs a parent involved. That was fine. Frustrating, but much less frustration that the hoops one has to go through to get here. This is MEDICINE. Not a way to get cannabis legally. This clinic treats it that way. As have my sons doctors and the doctor he sees at the clinic. When we walked in , I was immediately surprised at how clinic-like it felt. The receptionists were very nice, as was his doctor. Before you leave you see that Councillor. Our's has been Rhona. As a mom, I felt absolutely comfortable here. Speaking to here felt like I was speaking to another mom, a mom who cares about your child. She answers all questions and makes everyone in the room feel comfortable. After reading the bad reviews, you will see that they do not just push people through the process. Which makes me feel good. The process itself is a little crazy, at least for people like my son (under 26) who basically need mom to approve this treatment. But that is not on the clinic. My son has a GP, a specialist, and then had to go to a psychiatrist. As a mom and through 'mom eyes' this clinic is fantastic, the staff and doctors are great. Very professional.

This is a no fee clinic with a Doctor (Ellen) that cares about your health. The counsellor I saw (Marie) was informative and provided affordable alternatives and education about choosing pain relief products, within my prescription range. The office staff are friendly and this ship runs on time. An abundance of pay parking in the area, making timing important; however, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time and it's rare to wait at all.
