Not sure if it was Karen or Kathy but it was one of those two names. She works at the Division Street location and was amazing! We were on hold at home for hours with the customer service department and nothing. It was absolutely brutal. Online, couldn’t gain any information at all. So, we decided to head o the post office. After arriving she stated that we would have to call. I was so frustrated and explained that before leaving and she said to wait. After she dealt with the customer she immediately grabbed her work phone and connected with the Canada Post Customer Service. We got through on her end & it was was successful thanks to her listening and understand our frustration as customers. She was understanding and caring which is hard to find nowadays. Thank you so much for being who you are.❤️🙏🏽😊
View on GoogleI have used Canada Post hundreds of times to deliver items for me across Canada and the US. I've never had a problem. NEVER. From my experience, the people who have issues are those people who don't understand the system or come ill prepared when shipping a package. No, I do not work for CP.
View on GoogleI will Never use this Canada Post office, Never again. I sent 2 T-shirts 3 weeks ago and it cost $22 with International small packet(Trackable). This time, I sent 1 T-shirts and it also cost $22 with Just Regular Air Mail(Not Trackable). Both were packed in same regular size envelope and only different were weight. So how come??? They don't even scale the size and insist they are right. After I came home, I checked Canada Post internet site and found out how much it should cost. It said about $11, even by small packet, it cost $15. Apparently they overcharged. I strongly recommend you to check the right cost through internet before you visit there!
View on GoogleBeen waiting 2 days for my package that's late, sitting 5 min from my house. I Paid for expedited service, items been processed but not out for delivery. Because we see the parcel guy multiple times out and about and haven't in 2 days, tells me he's the only driver and there's no back up plan when he's off! Horrible!!!!! We should have the option to go pick up our processed parcel in this case! Supposed to be here yesterday and now it's into the weekend and now etanis Monday on a time sensitive order!!! Horrible service!
View on GoogleI will never deal with Canada Post again. Mailed a parcel Dec, 2nd from Welland to Winnipeg, they told me 7 business days. I received a tracking number which doesn't even work anyways, so why bother giving one. Long story short. Its been 13 days since it was mailed out. I check the tracking number again today, now they are saying the 21st. Its been changed 3 times now. Next time I will go with Fedx
