After reading some of the negative reviews before going, I was a bit nervous running in there. I had made a bold choice to try and get some errands done during my 30min lunch break in these snow-globe conditions, but she was able to help me figure out what I was looking for, give me options, process payment, and sign the paperwork all within a few minutes. Brenda was super friendly throughout the experience and I’d be happy to go back! 💕

Lady inside was very rude and offered no help at all. I don’t understand how they want us to support them when they strike when they are extremely rude in their jobs.

Great staff. Good service. It is in a good location on a side street. The office is always clean and tidy. Parking could be better.

The staff at our Virgil location are very friendly and work hard each and every day. They arrive well before and stay behind normal operating hours sorting your mail and packages. Some have secondary jobs as well. The other complaints listed are frivolous. Be kind to others as these days everyone is quick to criticize. Thank you to the staff for many years of pleasant and efficient service.

I asked the post office clerk for a date stamp on my tax returns so I could take a picture of it for proof that I mailed it before the deadline. The woman served another customer and moved my tax returns to the inside counter. I had to ask 3 times and wait for her to be good and ready to stamp my tax returns. So passive aggressive and what for? She made a simple task, such an ordeal.
