They will actually go beyond the initial need, they will find ways to help you and safe money, they will take care of your parcel incredibly well. And also they have TONS of experience. Is really cool to see then working, both of them.
View on GoogleThe woman there she didn't want to do her job properly, she just wanted to finish the faster she could, I told her it was my first time sending a package, I sent my package to BC, so far and I told her you need some information extra for the delivery she said no, it was weird for me so I put the phone number, she didn't put my name on it or the name of my partner. You need to hire people who want to work and care about the job.
View on GoogleMy important documents are there, and today is the last day to pick them up, otherwise, they will be returned the next day. So I went there around 1:30 p.m., but they had temporarily closed and locked the office without mentioning any contact number. I came all the way from Niagara Falls by taking a ride, and they just wasted my money and time.
View on GoogleTerrible customer service!! Such an awful experience today with the woman who served me that I left and cried when I got outside from the cold, rude, demeaning service with which I received from a female employee there, whose name I didn't catch because my anxiety was so flared up from this woman. I entered the post office and had two small boxes(containing a modem and a router) and two printed off pre-paid labels to do a return. Having never sent a package this way before, I was not aware that each package required its own tracking number. I was rudely received by this lady who acted as though I were an idiot because I didn't know that each package needed its own tracking number....she was giving me awful looks of disgust. I felt as though I were shrinking in her presence. She continued to belittle me when I didn't have any tape handy to affix the labels to the package. I unfortunately, am disabled and on a fixed income and cannot afford a printer or to buy labels and had to use the local public library to print these labels off the email from the Internet company that I needed to return the items to; this employee was rude to me, treated me with zero respect and plain out caused me to cry when I left. She implied I was stupid. She gave me dirty looks and rolled her eyes several times during our interaction. When I asked if they had any tape for me to affix the paper to the boxes, she said yes but she said my packages were too big to use her tape. She was completely rude, condescending and gives the post office a terrible customer service experience. When I found out this is the main office of Canada Post, I was actually pretty horrified. To have this attitude from their staff is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The lady honestly shouldn't work there because she has no respect for the customers and was unhelpful and completely condescending about everything - the label is wrong, the box is too big to let me use their tape, there needs to be two tracking numbers one for each package with an eye roll; no how can I help you...how are you today, is there anything I can assist you with? Not ever going back to that location and I now have to go to a different location way out of my way, so I don't get treated like a second class citizen from another planet. Use any other locations, this downtown location is disgraceful and disgusting. They even have a printer off sign on a piece of paper taped to the front door that states "No aggressive behaviour will be tolerated..." What a nice greeting for the customers - NOTTTT!!! I am sad for Canada Post that they are ok with their staff being rude, unhelpful, condescending, snobby and unprofessional - I expect more from their staff and will definitely tell everyone about my negative experience(s) at this location. I have been treated rudely there before on several occasions when purchasing a stamp book; this time, though, was over the top. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be a valued customer!! Zero out of five stars!!

The gentleman working was so helpful and kind that after I got the right sized box, he got packing paper and packed it for me as well as tape it with the supplies/left overs they had rather then making me buy packing tape and bubble wrap..(I did bring scotch tape at least).. and he was So helpful and Nice and so was the lady working on Friday Sept 1st 2023. Thanks guys you were do helpful and kind to me!
