Very courteous and helpful staff. When we moved to NOTL we were a bit miffed at having a PO Box vs home or community mailbox however this has worked great !!

I don’t have any issues service related but I would say who ever doing the strike… they should know how May people get impacted… without the #canadapost service now my suggestion is shouting down permanently & who ever supports this let them feel job less permanently , there is lot more way to protest I DONT SUPPORT THIS

Huge shout out to Valerie and Doug! They are in the unique position of working at a post office in the middle of a tourist district. People come in all day asking for information on washrooms, parking, restaurants, directions, Shaw Plays and so on. Not actually needing anything from the actual post office. We witnessed this first hand when we went in to buy stamps. I very impressed, these two deserve some recognition from city council as they really are Ambassadors to your lovely town. Well done Valerie & Doug!

The post person was so nice and helpful. I was able to send off an art card purchased in a nearby shop so that my sister back in Texas would receive it shortly after she gets home.

Incredible staff and services. I was on the phone with Doug before coming in and he was kind enough to figure out a way to help me print a document. I came in at around 1:45 pm (Tuesday, August 13th, 2024) and the lady at the table (forgot to get her name, unfortunately) was super kind and helpful, albeit it was my first time mailing a package. Thank you guys so much.
