I have had nothing but an extremely positive experience with 95% of the people of encountered here and the other 5% was just because I was unable to get the information I needed. They are pleasant and knowledgeable. And in regards to the 5% the person was gracious and kind and apologized for not knowing the answers to the questions I had, so 5 stars all the way. I high recommend going here specifically. 💛

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poorly ran service. Poorly ran company. Poorly ran technical support. 4 Days of being told my package is on the truck and now no one can tell me where my package is. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I just like to say that Canada Post isn’t trust worthy. It’s 7:56 am January 2023 and while I was checking a tracking number for a parcel this morning it said that they tried to deliver it at 5:47 this morning. Sure and left a card in my mailbox at 5:47:24 b.s. for I’ve been up since 4am and they wonder why no one wants to use snail Mail. Well I hope Canada Post plans on reimbursing me for the package that they never attempted to deliver!!!!

Very bad experience. My wife called the office because her package was late one week. The lady on the phone was not nice at all. She was yelling on the phone and not willing help at all. For the question “can I have your name please?” My wife received answers “I have to long line with costumers waiting for me, just call 1-800…”. and she hang up… never had that unprofessional experience…

Worst experience of my life. Especially the one short haired female representative. I am missing a very expensive package, and instead of being understanding she was being the complete opposite! By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at any establishment! Bad look Canada Post!
