Disappointed in the post service since the rolling strikes have started. Mail only comes to our road once or twice a week for the longest while now. When you are dependent on a system that is the only postal service for regular delivery. We as customers feel hostage. I hope your services improve. Or I will absolutely be on the bandwagon to have it sold and more competitive delivery services available.

View on Googleif you want a package and it needs a signature, don’t count on your local driver. they’ll knock and run. many times i’ve come to open the door and they’re peeling away. now i can’t get my package until tomorrow. wonderful service, not.
View on GoogleI am beyond impressed by the level of incredible customer service I received from this post office (and one particular employee) today. I received a notification that my package had been delivered but it was not in my mailbox. I called and spoke to a gentleman at this office. He said it was likely an error since a newer mail carrier had completed the route my house is on. Unfortunately, he said that the mail carriers had left for the night and wouldn’t be able to make it out until Monday morning since it was close to close on Friday night. I was of course disappointed, since I wanted that package for something I had planned over the weekend, but it was understandable since the mail carriers had left for the weekend. After the office closed, the man I spoke to on the phone personally delivered the package to my house on his way home. That was such a wonderful act of kindness and absolutely made my day!
View on GoogleMe and my roommate came in to ship two rather large packages for a friend, and the customer service was horrendous to say the least. Upon getting to the counter the lady at the desk was cold, which was fine but upon finding out the shipping would cost more then we thought, we had to talk to our friend to send more money. We offer to step to the side and wait, she told us no because we already started the process. She constantly said "we have a line." Meanwhile there was only one person behind us. She said that she'll have to void it after a minute and got very snappy towards us and our packages, I have never been talked to with so much disrespect for such a little thing.
