Dropped off my PC which had randomly crashed. Had it repaired and up and running in a single day. Their service department staff are very educated and confident with what they do, will happily bring my computer back if anything happens. Again, very happy with my service

My experience with this store is divided into two very distinct parts. The staff at the store were friendly, professional and helpful, and I was able to get the items I had come for quickly. The second part involved my calling them for help on one of the items, and received absolutely no help, but a ton of laziness and indifference. I will never again have anything to do with them.

First visit to Computerland, at St Catherine’s on Lake Street. I was looking for a screen monitor and spoke with Baylee for information and recommendation based on my needs and budget. She demonstrated a friendly, attentive and objective disposition. After promoting a few questions from me, confirming needs she found two different models for both my Wahoo KiCKR 2 and Mac Mini computer. Baylee even looked at my indoor bike trainer to ensure her recommendation was fully compatible. She also searched through Computerlands inventory and elsewhere and found me a Smart TV for my indoor bike trainer that offered great features and baluconsiderable value - much lower than what I expected. The same goes for my Mac Mini. I was very pleased with her efforts, professionalism and patience. Informed her Manager Cody as well. Thank you Baylee!

I’ve been here at least 10 times, and every single visit ends with me returning something. The staff consistently doesn’t seem to know what they’re talking about. Most recently, I bought a monitor mount. I showed the employee my exact monitor and was told it would “absolutely” work. When I got home, it wasn’t even close to compatible. The same thing happened before with keycaps that were supposedly compatible with my keyboard—which I also showed them—but weren’t. It’s honestly not worth the gas or time to come here. You’re better off going to Best Buy or anywhere else for computer or electronic needs.

This is the single best experience i’ve had being sold anything, their sales rep Jordan (my boy two-three, iykyk) went above and beyond making sure all my needs were met i went in to get a specific prebuilt and ended up getting a custom built for less, same 5070 ti/7800x3d i wanted in my system but saved money (and the other parts are much better than they would have been on the prebuilt). One of the coolest dudes i ever met and treats it like he’s buying his own PC, he’s also super honest about every item, whats good and whats not so good. Dudes a legend and 100% deserves a raise and promotion, if he was the owner, i’d still say he deserves a raise and promotion even though its not possible.
