The staff member at the CBSA office who worked with me on my US car import was extremely friendly. He handled my import with such ease. I got my Form 1 here, which I guess is the most important step in the car import process. That was back in September 2025 and to this day I still remember his kindness! Just be careful with Google Maps navigation because it will direct you to cross the Rainbow Bridge and enter the US. If you don't want to go to the US, watch out for this... I ended up at the CBP office before returning back to Canada.
View on GoogleI am deeply grateful to the Canada Border Services Agency team at Niagara Falls Rainbow Bridge, especially Officer Aflack. During a very challenging time, Officer Aflack treated me with respect, compassion, and professionalism, allowing me to enter Canada and seek refuge safely. Their understanding and humanity made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for upholding Canada’s values and helping those in need.
View on GooglePeople at the office are cool. The two inmigration officers at the entry were rude and discriminated me. Treated me inferior. Just for not having a permit on me. I ask the officer before exiting the boarder. He sed there's no problem, just need to have my passport and visa with me so I can be checked at office. I also asked in office before exiting they told me the same no problem. So I exited the country and at the 10 minutes returned and on entry the two officer started yelling and discriminating me. For not having the permit when I already talked with the whole office before.

View on GoogleOkay so we stayed on the US side but we walked the bridge to Canada and it felt awesome to leave one country and walk into another. So, there was only two Canadian officers to check folks in so only two persons/grps. at a time. And to return back to the US u have to lay a $1 .00 in the form of 4 quarters. The sights were cool but it was busy and crowded. The food we had was not the great. We had lunch at the The Canadian Burger(?) It was a restaurant within the casino. We got bacon cheeseburgers/not too tasty🤮. HardRock cafe was no better. I got the fish n chips. The fish was very mushy and fries were cold. My friend got a steak salad he says it was okay. I do plan to go back and hopefully I will get a chance to gamble in the casino, zipline near the falls and walk/shop Clifton Hill.😊😉.
