CAA Niagara - Welland Branch

Terrible service told I was up to 90 minutes away .I called back after 2hrs and was told he never put my call in! !So I was set up for another 90 minutes! In the freezing temperatures 😡😡😡😡😡

I had my insurance rates rise dramatically only to be told in January the price would drop due to a vehicles age. I was misinformed. Seems like I was lied too to keep my business. Not acceptable. Don't trust the insurance agents in office.

CAA Tow driver use my Truck to block walkway, he was aware the vehicle wasn’t running and yet blocked walkway with my Truck , I am disappointed.

After hours on the phone multiple days I'm told because we pay extra for outdoor coverage they won't cover any interior work even though it's part of the base policy. Agents were intentionally unhelpful and refused to even look at my policy and unable to reference any point they tried to make. Meanwhile i directed them in my contract and was ignored then told escalation would reach out to me. They did half to be fair but still charged a deductible that was supposed to be waived

Penny, your patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my issue was sincerely appreciated. I was especially impressed by how clearly you communicated the steps involved and your proactive follow-up to ensure everything was handled smoothly. It's rare to come across someone as dedicated and empathetic as you, and I felt truly valued as a customer. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. CAA is fortunate to have someone like Penny on their team, and I wanted to make sure your efforts didn't go unnoticed.
