Great place and very easy going. Could be a me thing but the girl working was yapping and constantly messing up…and I don’t understand this generation of pimple patches at work…what should have taken 10 min took half an hour. Don’t wear pimple patches to work, looks absolutely ridiculous, we are human embraces it.

Excellent customer service. I have my car insurance, CAA towing and just got my passport photos . Awesome ladies and amazing customers service 👍

I recently changed insurance companies from TD to CAA and did end up saving close to 1200.00 (even with a 300.00 cancellation fee from TD). This is obviously the good. The bad? CAA has the absolute worst customer service in terms of the simple act of picking up the phone. I have been on hold for close to two hours now to get a date change on my policy. If this is the normal wait time for basic requests, I would rather get ripped off from TD because they pick up the phone in a timely manner. I did a load of laundry, packed a lunch for work and commuted to work while listening to the on hold music. It’s broader line with hospital wait times in Ontario. Do better.

Cory was very helpful diagnosing our issue and followed us home to make sure that the car made it safely home. And he recommended us to get a new battery which we did this morning thanks CAA once again for coming to our place to get a battery for a car replaced under warranty thankfully .
