CAA Niagara - Niagara Falls Branch

Today CAA helped me and my dad when we got stuck on wet soil at our residential property. They literally arrived to the property in 10 minutes so quick. It was an old van stuck in clay 2 feet deep. An amazing nice man came and towed us out with a huge tow truck and was a great guy. I told my dad we would get stuck a few times prior to the incident he didn’t listen it’s not relevant but I want everyone to know.

I would like to say I was very impressed with the service I received the other day. A gentleman by the name Wild Phil attended a call in Ft. Erie. The mother in laws car was dead. We needed to have it taken to the dealership. He was very helpful, reset the security system which was the problem. Amazing experience the gentleman knows his stuff. Thanks again Phil. Top notch guy.

Amazing customer service for inquiring about towing services and membership information. Phil, one of the drivers, was able to be there to help tow my car within 15 minutes when estimated time was shy of 2 hours. Amazing interaction with Phil, very friendly and accommodating.

Stuck in a snowbank and called. Told it would be 6 hours. It only took ten minutes after my call for Wild Phil to show up. He was kind and very helpful. CAA is lucky to have such an amazing employee. My husband and I went into CAA to book a trip. Holly was our agent and she was amazing. With Hollys help we were able to save around $400 on our vacation.
