Myself and 5 others booked a trip to Mexico with Paula McFarland. Paula was lovely, she was very patient when explaining stuff, spoke with multiple members of our group, gave us all the information we needed, followed up as needed etc. She was fantastic. Our trip was fantastic, everything went off without a hitch all thanks to her. You're the best Paula, we will be back!!

I had to call this morning for a boost as my car would not start because of this really cold weather. I am very impressed by the service from CAA from the moment of calling and the very pleasant appearance of Stewart who was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you CAA

The estimated wait time for an "Emergency" road side assistance, with my 4 year old daughter in the car, is 4 hours. We slid into a ditch 15 minutes from one of their locations. I managed to get myself out of the ditch in -33 degree weather in 18 minutes after getting off the phone with CAA. I knocked on the door of the first house that I saw and he managed to pull us out with his pickup truck. CAA removed 1 of my 5 free tows just for answering my phone call. I canceled the service in exactly 18 minutes of scheduling it. Definitely not worth the $169.50 a year, especially since this was the first time call them and I've been a member for over 3 years. I didn't even receive a membership renewal email "30 days before expiry" as stated in the automatic renewal policy, or the receipt for that transaction. The last time I needed a tow was about 3 years ago, before getting CAA. I googled a local towing company and they showed up in under an hour. Cash discount of $100 for 30km and he bought me a coffee. If I had known it takes CAA 4 hours to attend an emergency call, I never would have joined up at all. That's just ridiculous! They need to treat their customers with some respect. You should be attending an emergency call in 1 hour, max 1.5 hours, not 4! Just like any other 24-hour service company out there. I should know because I own one. You treat them with respect and you keep them, that's why they just lost a customer. Never mind that bull on their automated phone service regarding emergencies with small children in the car. In -33 degree weather, they should have a fleet ready to go at any moment. Imagine the car wouldn't start in that weather. My 4 year daughter was already crying because we were stuck, never mind freezing to death. Stick to local small companies and you actually get cared for! Not this scum that just collect people’s money without lifting a finger.

My daughter's car would not start the evening of 10/24 in West Lincoln. She called CAA and they responded that evening on call #5384 and again the next morning to tow the car on call #5437. Both men showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thanks for being there and having such great responders. They did a great job.

Just booked another trip with Emily and she is the absolute best. Helped us every step of the way from our destination selection through booking. We got great advice and were able to make better decisions than we would have made booking on our own. She is so nice, calm, unflappable and professional. As our party continued to grow as more family wanted to join us, she took it in stride and took care of everyone. (FYI Emily, there may be a couple more still coming.) Believe me, she alone is worth the price of membership. Thank you Emily.
