She was friendly and honest quote to fix and repair my Samsung S24+ with a cracked screen. She estimated 45 minutes, went for coffee, came back and it was done like new again! Put new screen protector on and he recommended a new hard shell cover which I bought. Quote was bang on! Out the door for less than $500. Excellent Service and friendly!

Excellent customer service from the owner, and great prices! I was looking for a new phone I told him my budget and what I was looking for in a phone. He went through the phones in my price range and gave me his suggestions, I bought the phone he suggested and am very happy with it! It is a much better phone than I was expecting considering my price range. Where he really went above and beyond, is when I showed him why I was in to buy a new phone. Despite my old phone still working, the battery life was poor and it would get hot. He looked at my current phone and recognized a potentially dangerous battery issue. The battery had expanded and pushed out against the rear cover. The phone case I had was holding everything together. He took it out of the case and told me it could cause a fire or worse if I left it in the case he took of the rear cover to relieve the pressure.
