BVGlazing Systems

We have BV glazing's metal windows and doors in our house, that were custom installed and designed. Although they were expensive windows and doors, the quality is low. Starting in 2020/2021, the crank windows in the house started to fail, where the crank mechanism would break and we could no longer open them. These windows were installed in 2018, so were only 2-3 years old, and now 3 of the 6 crank windows we have installed are inoperable and cannot be opened. We have 2 of their patio french door sets in this house, also installed in 2018, and by 2022 the hinges on both sets of doors were warped, and the doors would not close cleanly. I've tried to call, email, and reach out through their website since 2022, but have never been able to talk to someone or get any sort of resolution. There are many other high-end window suppliers, I would highly recommend choosing them instead.
