Wonderful experience, highly recommend leaving coats and jackets hung up outside in the lobby. Very warm inside for the butterflies. You can spend as little or as much time in the conservatory. There were over 30 different varieties of butterfly to look for, some more evident than others. Good game to play for the kids to find as many different varieties as possible.
View on GoogleA beautiful place, as soon as you enter you are greeted by 100s of butterfly flying all around. Its a peaceful place you can sit and enjoy butterfly and sound of their wayerfall. Not that bug so if you are there to just see butterfly and take pics you will be out in 10 minutes. But overall a great experience.
View on GoogleWe visited the Butterfly Conservatory during our trip and it honestly surprised me. The second we walked in, I felt my whole body relax. The warm air, the sound of water, and butterflies just floating around you — it slows everything down in the best way. It felt peaceful and intimate, like a quiet little reset in the middle of a busy getaway. One of my favourite stops on our trip. 🦋 And butterflies always remind me of the people I've lost.
View on GoogleThe place has all the hypes but honestly an underwhelming experience. There weren’t as many butterflies around (perhaps it was winter and/or my luck) and the self-paced loop was over fairly fast before you know it. I didn’t mind the $20 admission too much but the paid parking was annoying (double dipping!). And $30something for physical and soft photo versions they take after entrance (optional of course). The staff were friendly, which made the experience somewhat memorable. ⚠️ There are multiple parking lots so be sure to identify the right one of meeting with other guests.
View on GoogleWe visited the Butterfly Conservatory using our Adventure Pass and found it to be a very peaceful, self-paced experience. After a quick scan at the entrance, you enter a humid, glass-enclosed garden that feels worlds away from the busy Falls area. The walk follows a winding path through dense tropical foliage where thousands of butterflies fly freely. We spent about 40 minutes here and really enjoyed the experience. It’s a simple, quiet attraction that’s easy to access via the WEGO bus and provides a nice break from the more high-energy stops on the pass.
