Burrito Guyz St.Catharines

we stopped here for lunch and absolutely loved it! my friend and i got a medium and large burrito and my boyfriend got a bowl, the sizes were HUGE and very filling, same with the bowl! another bonus is they give free guac and free queso which is such a nice touch as most places charge for it. we were helped by Dhruv who was fantastic, super kind, checked on us and was overall such a great guy! totally recommend

Overpriced awful experience, will never eat at this location or any Burrito Guyz locations ever again. The menu is intentionally chaotic and vague. It purposefully makes seeing the prices difficult. So when I ended up paying $20 for a large beef burrito with no add ons you can imagine my frustration. Had the food been good I wouldn’t have been upset, but it was genuinely one of the most bland burritos I’ve ever tasted. It also completely fell apart after two bites and I had to eat the rest of it with knife and fork. Absolutely wild to prompt for a tip at the checkout for such lousy food and service.

Ordered through door dash for a small rice bowl and a quesadilla. With frozen yogurt on the side. They accepted the order which was great. Only to get an email that they were out of stock of quesadillas. That's fine I figured I'd get the rice bowl for my mom. I didn't find out until the dasher showed that they didn't have rice bowl either?! Why accept the order if you're out of stock of said items 🤦🏻‍♂️ The least they could have done was called to offer a substitution. Won't return due to this. Oh and I tried calling to find out what happened and they don't answer phones or let you leave a voicemail.

Thank you Bhavy! He had a very calm demeanour. He brought my smoothie to my table as I was seated. He was prepared with each of the toppings as my burrito eas heating up. Great service. I am looking forward to trying my food! Ryan
