Burrito Guyz Niagara

Ordered two burrito bowls with beef and rice on Uber eats. They were super cold. Felt like the meat and rice came right out of the refrigerator. The flavour was good but I wish the food was warm.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! RIPS YOU OFF ! Ordered 10inch burrito. Arrived 4.5inch. Called the store to speak to manager Hitesh who refused to speak to me. Complete disrespect from the manager. Has zero resolution suggestion and doesn't even try. 0 STARS for the service here !

First time at this location. I ordered a large bean and cheese burrito. It was too bulky and bound to fall apart. The ingredients quality is bit too sugary. Overall not worth the price

Back again tonight May 3,2024, same girl working. So friendly!! Ordered 4 burritos and a kids meal , grilled chicken, tequila chicken and butter chicken. All were amazing! Update stopped in tonight and ordered 4 burritos. The girl working was the nicest server ever at a fast food location. Checked them out a few times and it was good. Everyone enjoyed their taco and burrito, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. I prefer seafood in my burrito but others had chicken and beef and everyone left happy. They have decent offers from time to time.

This was our first visit to this location and chain. It is clean, spacious, neatly arranged dine in place. Restrooms were also clean. There is enough variety of dishes to order while many vegetarian options as well. The server Rahul was very efficient and courteous, well mannered with always smiling face. We order 5 different dishes and all were satisfying quantity while tasty delicious food. They also offer butter chicken which none on burrito restaurants offer!!! For sure will visit again on our next trip to Niagara Falls .
