Burrito Guyz Beamsville

At 8:00pm today, my family and I came in to order some burritos. We waited patiently in line before starting to order. While my brother was ordering, the employee told him to hurry up because two other people had come in to order. When my father said we are just ordering food and that it was unfair that his son was been rushed in such manner, she then began complaining that she still had to clean up, wash dishes, and do food prep before closing at 9:00pm. This felt inappropriate while we were trying to order. My father responded by saying that we were simply trying to get food like any other customers and that she should lock the doors instead of taking orders since she was annoyed that we were ordering food. Instead of continuing to take our order, the employee began arguing with us about how she had more work to do and that people were still coming in close to closing time. Because of this, we decided to leave without ordering any food. The only order completed was my brother’s, since he had started ordering first. Very disappointed in customer service. Never coming here again.

Really sad to see the food quality going down over past several months. Today we ordered burrito bowls with grilled chicken. The chicken chunks were chewy and inedible. The ingredients feel stale. Not going to recommend to anyone. Seems like a neglected branch that they dont care about.

Awesome!!! The food is fresh and variety of options too. It’s clean and refreshing Sona is amazing, she served so many without losing patience and with the same effervescent smile.

We ordered Quesadillas,Tacos,Flattered Pizza & Wet Burrito..Everything was very Tasty and service was quite quick than expected..keep it up..Must give it a try
