So, I am bias…no doubt … I am family! However, what I will say is ; what a complete pleasure it is to take m y cars to Ed for service! His staff, Luanne, Taz and Justyn are the kindest people ever. I began using Burkholder Auto a few years back as they were walking distance from where I live. I have had great service from them.The staff are friendly and courteous. The repairs are done quickly and the price very reasonable Even though I stumbled upon Burkholder quite accidentally I will continue to use their service even if I move out of the area.

This happened in June 2024 but it still makes me mad when I think about it. Last year I brought my car here to get an oil change. After waiting for it to be done I paid $110 or whatever for it was to be done and right after paying a gentleman came up to me with my keys to let me know that my car wasn’t starting. After 5-10 mins of trying to get it to start and it not working I felt BAD for my car taking up room in the shop so I got it towed out of the shop (at my expense mind you, I shouldn’t have brought it home in that condition in hindsight). My car would not work after that. I called burkholders to see if they could help at ALL and they said they would maybe look it at if I towed it back there but they would still charge me and didn’t offer a refund at the VERY least. TLDR: I paid for an oil change and got back a non-working car. When I called for help, they refused to even re-check their work without charging more and offered no refund. Maybe they do good work sometimes but my experience was not good at all.
