Burger King

An Absolutely Disgusting Experience, we ordered 5 sandwiches from the drive thru today, the staff proceeds to gutter the order. we come back with the receipt to explain the situation, thru the drive thru, we struggled to communicate with worker due to the lack of their English, after a lot of going back and fourth it ends up with us having to go inside the store to talk to the manager/supervisor. we meet this very monotoned guy, he wasn't rude but he wasn't nice either, we go inside then the supervisor proceed to show us A video of a worker supposedly making our order, I tell him maybe there was a mistake where the bags got mixed up or anything that would explain the situation. still tryna be understanding. His attitude shifts from monotoned to full out disrespectful. at a point it became so undoable, where i had to call it out, then he proceeds to tell me that i am treating him like slave and a servant. at this point we are really frustrated so i ask for his name as i really wished to clear this off, he rudely refuses telling us to get out his store. at this point the problem escalated from just food problem to a service issue at that location. it switched from a matter of horrible service to disrespect and garbage service. horrible experience. if i could give the service here lower than a 0, i would. I ended up finding the Supervisors name, i hope he gets fired - his name is Sapbao, he is a brown, 5'9, slim build - male.

Worst experience. 1 month after getting brown lettuce and mouldy buns on both of our original chickens all that was offered was a $15 credit on the BK app and we still can’t see it on my account after multiple conversations. Not worth the hassle and just will never go again.

Food was sufficient. Service was also sufficient. Standard for the time & day that I had visited. I am very curious why the location does not provide any free Wi-Fi connection. Location accessibility by car 🚗 is a struggle but by foot it's acceptable. Staff & employees are diligent. The vibe has improved since the last time I visited the Glendale location in fall 2025. I hope it continues to stay consistent or improve.

Bad experience! We ordered 2 of the SpongeBob Bikini bundles, first of all, they didn’t give us the SpongeBob box, also the Sandae is totally a ripped off. Also he asked if we need ketchup, we said yes! But none!!!!Burger taste was not bad otherwise I will only give 1 star.

Burger King is never a miss. I don't recall having a bad experience with Burger King orders. Love their angry sauce. Taste and quantity is fine as well. Great comfort food.
