Burger King

When we first walked in, we ordered from the kiosk because they had four employees standing up front at the registers just talking and not doing anything. We didnt get greeted and they gave us nasty looks. The food was also very expensive which is just because they are in a tourist area. While we were waiting, there were bugs crawling all over the floor in the front. The food took forever which didn't make any sense when you have employees doing absolutely nothing up front. When we finally got our food, all of the tables to sit at were dirty. After we had our food, I got extreme food poisoning and have been sick for days. If you can avoid getting food here, do so.

My family and I went out to eat in Burger King at Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls. We usually go to Burger King, but this was my first time ordering at the main counter in Burger King. The assistant manager and manager there was rude, did not know how to properly accommodate customers, and was frowning while taking our order. On top of that, they even charged for mayo—it was the first time I’ve ever been asked to pay for mayo at Burger King.

Normally we skip every eatery at the Clifton Hill strip. Over priced, premium not worth it and almost always crowded. This time around it proved our point and was disappointed with not only the food, but the time it took for our order and then the burger didn’t taste as usual. We had Impossible Burgers made vegan combos. The burgers were not properly done, tasted very less done. Probably because the burgers were needed to be made again as we had requested no mayo and the quality check caught it. And that’s why perhaps rushed. The fries were OK, but as they stayed in the bag for a longer time they started to limp as we started to eat.

I tried an attempt at a nostalgic fast food grub down but unfortunately it seems Burger King has really regressed and just isn't good. The BK Fish was barely par, the brioche bun (yellow which insane) makes it really too sweet and overkill. The fries at Burger King used to be awesome, they were tasteless, piping hot yet not fully cooked and mostly inedible. At $25 bucks for two combos, seems insane prices for cheap garbage food and I kinda feel jipped from this experience.

Went In here for a quick bite and had no problems, the food was good and staff were decent. Not very lie friendly and welcoming but they were decent and reasonable. I would definitely go here again if I had to. The milk shake I ordered I fell in love with. If you are thinking about getting a quick bite you can go here or they have other places around the area
