Burger Cafe & Beyond

I came here with my bf for a date and we had an amazing time. The food was so yummy and the service was fantastic. Atmosphere was extremely friendly and overall one of the best burger places we’ve ever been to.

This was my second time visiting this burger shop, and I was surprised to find that they also serve good Chinese food, and the owners were very welcoming, the atmosphere was warm, the heat was just right and most importantly, their washroom is really clean. Moreover, the quality of the burger was also really good, I ordered a daily special cheeseburger combo which has a fries and drink for only $12 including tax, you can only get this price of foods with this nice quality back in ten more years ago.

Burger was amazing. Grilled bun. Fries have that good crisp. Prices is more than fair. It seems more like a takeout place than a sit down, but they do have places to sit. Music would be nice to have for eating in.

I've been to this burger place a few times now. I think the burgers are absolutely fantastic. I had been skeptical about coming at first. I call new places to see if they're cutting fresh fries. When they said no, I just moved along. I was brought in one day while coming out of the vet office (best in town!) and I figured I'd just grab something quick. I ended up ordering and eating in. Burgers? Out of this world. I don't know who thinks there is filler in them because there isn't. This is a delicious beef patty and the burgers are available in 2oz-12oz options. The 12 is 2 6oz patties and is quite a filling meal! The toppings are the standards (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup, etc) and to be honest, I'd say one of the top 5 burgers in St Catharines. We've also enjoyed the spring rolls and chili. Pretty decent chicken strips, too. My ONLY gripe so far is frozen fries. The bane of existence. I feel this place could do AMAZING fries if they took the time. The home fries are a bit better than the French fries, but still frozen. With burgers so fresh and delicious, a side of fresh cut French fries would absolutely rock. It'd be the perfect burger joint. I'm a stickler when it comes to frozen food from a restaurant. I like fresh. There is a good selection of other items like fish and chips, chicken, sandwiches, and daily specials. The owners are so kind and amazing, friendly people. If you love a good, fresh burger, go in and grab one. You will not be disappointed! The 12oz cheese and bacon is fit for a king! This place is a gem.

Highly recommend visiting them, one of the best burger spots in St. Catharines. They have 12oz burgers for reasonable prices and the staff is very friendly.
