Bulk Barn

Dropped in today to get a few things. Realized my coupon had expired. Briar was cashing me out. She provided info on a couple of items and replaced my old coupon with a current one. She was so pleasant and helpful. These days shopping isn’t always a nice experience but this lady went above and beyond. I hope next time I go there, she is working and I hope Bulk Barn appreciates having her there.

I was in 2 weeks ago. We purchased among other things date pieces. At the time there were no other dates in stock. And these were the cheapest. The cashier billed us for the most expensive Medjool Dates, a difference of almaot $9.00. I called when I got home and spoke to the same cashier who assured me she would pass this along to management and I would get a call back the next morning. That call never came. And I'm 9 dollars short and not impressed. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and you not only over charged me. You also lied and didn't follow through with your call back and refund promises.

Worst experience. I Bought some stuff during busy week and couldn’t check the taste or snack it . When tried i realise cashews were bitter in taste after checking on google i got to know that they were expired. Called store if i could returned them as it was the 7th day of the purchase. I told her everything and asked about the store return policy. She said if something is wrong you can bring it to the store till the manager is here. When i reached the store to my surprise they refused by saying that , it is the 7th day of purchase we can not do anything and the cashews were open. First of all you are selling expired products instead of saying sorry. They made me come to store just to say no. You guys don’t even care about food safety. Worst customer service.

My experiences in the store was less then enjoyable. the young staff were over dramatic and the customer service was unprofessional, instead of explaining the requirements nicely the franchise owner made a big deal over a 50 cent discount and was telling me off basically, waving his hands in the air, trying to embarrass me and say ' I don't have to even do this'. When dealing with a person like that it makes you think what else in going on in the store.

Great options, only problem is the manager. Me and my boyfriend look young, we get carded all the time. As soon as we walked in he pegged us as people who would steal, he actually followed us around the store and watched our every move, i was disgusted by that. I couldn't even continue shopping because my every move was being watched and it was very awkward. I will not come back to this Bulk Barn strictly due to the manager. Age does not depict whether someone is going to steal or not.
