BSI Distributor Source

I live in BC and purchased a Dewalt shop vac at Rona about 6 months ago. Well, as things go, I broke the latch connecting the two halves of the vac. I called the Dewalt customer service number which happened to be in the US. They referred me to their Canadian customer service which was BSI Distributor Source. I called BSI and spoke with a lovely lady named Rita G. Rita was amazing! She was very knowledgeable but had to follow up on some things. She called me back the next day!! When does that ever happen?? She wanted to ensure she was sending the correct part so I sent a photo. Within a week, I had the correct part and repaired the vac. It was very reassuring to speak with a live representative who took the time and effort to make sure the correct part was sent. I am impressed and highly applaud the service Rita provided. Although Rita works for BSI, her professionalism reflects positively on Dewalt and Rona too.
