Dr. Miller was extremely professional and caring in the diagnosis process for ASD. I had hesitations going in as a high-masking adult woman, but Dr. Miller made the screening and diagnosis as simple and comfortable as possible. She was super thorough and listened to any and all concerns I had, and I highly recommend going to see her and using Brookside for any sort of diagnosis!

Professional staff, wonderful service but what makes this an amazing place is their front end staff who are caring, kind and so compassionate. Wonderful people to deal with!

Starting sessions with Brookside Psychologists is the best decision one can make. They have psychologists as well as psychotherapists. They are straight-forward supportive therapists who get to the heart of the issue, and provide insight to initiate helpful growth, strength and peace of mind going forward. Their kind administrative staff will work with all your needs. You feel a sense of relaxation when walking into their office because it is so nice and well-kept and modern. Highly recommend this place!

MAJOR SCAM ALERT!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR MALPRACTICE!!!! I got properly diagnosed for high-functioning autism, ADHD, etc. ELSEWHERE! Certainly wasted time and a lot of money here. Definitely not a place for anyone who's high-functioning looking for a proper diagnosis since I got misdiagnosed and then in the end after claiming I don't have the disorder they misdiagnosed me with, I had no diagnosis - what a waste of $2700! Actually, they overcharged me for this and charged me $2956.50 instead of just the $2700!! What a scam!! When it came to the mental health portion of the assessment I was barely probed of any symptoms related to my concerns. This is such a SCAM and certainly MALPRACTICE since I got properly diagnosed by a different clinic afterwards who has the proper training on how to diagnose high-functioning adult women and not to mention actually cares about their patients, has empathy and understanding! The psychologist and her supervisor here had no empathy at all and dismissed all my concerns and left me feeling hopeless and suicidal! The psychologist who assessed me even raised her voice at me over the phone when I was telling her my concerns and offering more information to help diagnose me correctly, but was yelled at saying, "THIS PHONE CALL IS NOT TO NEGOTIATE DIAGNOSES!!!" which was quite rude and unbelievable! I felt worse and way more depressed after seeing this psychologist here than I did before I came in. That's not how patients should feel when seeing a professional! Since I wanted to submit this with zero stars instead of one, I would if I could! It's quite silly how the other one review of 5 stars is actually the secretary that works here. Talking to her supervisor and the owner wasn't even helpful!! They denied my refund request after "looking into it". I was constantly misinformed at this clinic and was told "you might not need to pay the whole $2700" and then at the feedback appointment, was told that I need to pay the full $2700! I was also told that I don't need an official diagnosis to get accommodations but that was a big fat lie!! They knew I need it for a UNIVERSITY and my university didn't approve the document they provided me since an official diagnosis of a disability is needed for accommodations!!! I'm sure all they want to do is cover up for themselves even though they clearly didn't do their jobs right!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone since they are overpriced, not even helpful and nothing but a SCAM!! I could go on and on forever on why this place is nothing but a scam and why they should lose their licenses since I have every piece of evidence!! I definitely don't plan on doing business here again!!!
