I have been with brockway for close to a year now and I have to say the customer service at Brock Mini storage is unprecedented, I always feel welcomed when I come in and Karen is the most amazing lady you will run into there. She is a brightstar when you walk in She has a beautiful smile and is always kind warm and welcoming. Thank you again to everyone at Brock mini storage

My niece and I came to this location to get a storage unit. We were greeted by Karen. She walked us around to see the unit sizes and made a decision on the right size for my needs. She heard I was backing in a trailer and help me find a unit that gave me the space to park the trailer in the unit. The unit was clean and the premise seemed very tidy and organized. Their prices are aligned with the market or a bit more expensive but with the gated security I felt it was justified. Karen was absolutely charming. I would definitely be back just for her. She made us laugh and we had a genuine good time picking out a storage unit, what is a rather boring thing to do, and somehow us three had a blast. Will definitely keep my business here because of her.

I have been at Brockway for about 7 years now. I haven't had any issues with anything during my tenancy there. Security is exceptional.Robin and Karen in the office are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend going there for storage to anyone.
