Bristol Motors RV

We recently took our travel trailer to Bristol RV for repairs to the floor of the main slide which had water damage. We were given a quote and an estimated time when it would be repaired. Imagine our surprise when it was ready a week ahead of time and the cost was significantly less than the quote! That rarely happens and we were very impressed. We were shown pictures of different stages of the repairs and given suggestions to avoid water leaks in the future. Everyone we encountered was great to deal with and we would highly recommend Bristol RV.

In September, coming from Quebec City, passing through with my motorhome on the way to Niagara Falls, I had a problem with the propane that seemed urgent to me. I was welcomed at Bristol with smiles and great kindness. They agreed to check the problem, order the part, and repair everything a few days later. Special thanks to Renée, John and Peter for your skill and exemplary service. I was very lucky to find you on my way.

I have used John 2 times now for my RV work. As always with small business there can be a few hiccups, however John did great work. He and everything right. I would highly recommend John, honest, great integrity, quality workmanship.

Wonderful experience. Buying an older vehicle is always a risk, yet with Bristol Motors, and their wonderful team, they made it near perfect. There is a story and here it is. We found the "perfect" small camper van for us on line ... the issues were it was 12 years old rig, and the dealer was a 6 hour drive from our home in Ottawa. After speaking with John the sales guy, we learned that the unit had multiple upgrades and repairs - many most consumers wouldn't have noticed - but John did. He wanted the unit "perfect" before the final details of the sale. We eventually made our way to Smithsville Ontario to pick up the van and pay our bill... and all with smiles and joy. Within a week after getting the rig home, the AC died, this was an expensive repair... we contacted John and no problem... I got the AC fixed locally and John emailed me the money for the repair. It doesn't get much better than that!

Would love to thank all the staff at Bristol for the great service. I had a list of things for them to do. Kept me informed along the way for all the things they did. I thought the price was very reasonable and their work was meticulous. The best part is they answer the phone and they actually get back to you. Not like some other RV places. No names!!!!!!
