BAC (Bridgewater Athletic Club)

Great gym to workout, has a good variety of machines and weights. Very nice people and a positive atmosphere.

Good gym, gets the work done. I bet you that 9/10 the machines and weight are older than me. I'd like to see things like a hack squat, resistance bands or chains added to this gym. Same goes with background music, you'll only hear whatever is on the radio if you don't bring headphones. Be sure not to get thrown off with the lime green walls, couldn't tell you what the theme is of this place.
