Honest and fair. Great place to find a good deal on a used vehicle. Mario always goes above and beyond for his customers. I would recommend Bridgeview 100%. I wouldn't have the car that I love if it wasn't for Mario.

My mom bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot from here. It was nothing but problems from the start. (August 2024) It was far overpriced ($9950) for the work and kilometres on the car, and that work was never done on the car. I came back in October 2024, as I’ve been driving to Welland a couple of times a week. He ran the scanner and it came up as catalytic converters. He proceeded to clear it, and disregarded the issue. Also speaking to me as if I’m stupid and don’t know what’s going on. The check engine light has been on and off every single day. Including the first 2 days of having the car. As of last week (March 18, 2025) the catalytic converter is still a problem.. I changed the air filter myself and it was never changed the entire time of that car existing. It was the original Jeep/Dodge filter coming out. The spark plugs were never done either. They were also original Jeep brand. This is very disgusting and disappointing you even sell cars. You couldn’t even do a $20 air filter and spark plugs? The oil that came out of this car had metal shavings in it as well? The Jeep doesn’t even pass a safety inspection, so how you sold it? Is beyond me. This is a terrible service. Considering this is a small city with people who want to support locally, I will tell everyone not to. You don’t even conduct yourself professionally, and you NEVER take accountability when this is nobody but you and your mechanics fault. Save your money and buy a car ANYWHERE else Facebook would even better than this EDIT: The tires that came with the car are 8 years old. No mechanic that genuinely cares about your safety would even put them back on.

bought a car for my son and 2 months into owning it it broke completely down. at first we thought it was the timing chain. we ended up having to replace the entire motor at a cost of 3500. and then 1 month after that the transmission blew. i know u take a chance buying anything used but this was our experience buying from here.

It certainly was worth the drive from Kitchener to the beautiful lakeside town of Port Colborne to buy my Ford Edge! I had been looking for a quality used car for months with no success. Every detail from our initial email to the in-house sale/vehicle delivery was sincere, friendly and professional. You are a true gem! It’s no wonder you have been in business all these years! And a big shout out to Bob who detailed my car before delivery (it was SPOTLESS) and for taking the time to explain every feature of my fully loaded vehicle!. Thank you for the extended 3 month warranty and I look forward to purchasing here again!
