I had a very enjoyable experience at this establishment and the customer service was exceptional

we rented a U-Haul truck from this store and were overcharged over $100. the customer service was absolutely atrocious and they failed to even attempt to listen or rectify the situation. we ended up going to another location where the U-Haul representative was actually respectful, helpful and had manners. we just got off the phone from this store as the charge didn’t fall off like they said. the individual who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful and instead of being professional he told us that we weren’t listening and this was the issue. I will never utilize this convenience store for anything as the owners and workers are unprofessional and frankly extremely ignorant. I’m sure if it was a man calling instead of a woman their demeanour would’ve been different. learn some respect as it’s a Canadian thing if you plan on having a successful business here. GARBAGE.

Finally!! There is someone in the town who have all American new drinks😍 also they have PRIME!!!! New owners of the store are bringing more new stuff and providing best service in the small town!! Must Visit!!!!😍😍
