I have used Brick Properties for over 20 years. They have always answered my calls, completed regularly scheduled items, and provided and and all documents requested in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them. Letting them deal with my rentals was a great investment on my part.

I have been trusted my property to Brick Properties Inc. for 9 years. What I got are excellent services, hand-free tenant and property management, responsible problem solving, and more, all are valuable helps!

I'm at the end of my rope with this company. Rent is increased every year and good luck getting anything repaired. I wonder how much of our Rent is actually going to the homeowner. I am putting my own money into this house and its upkeep and when the house is literally crumbling Brick Properties ignores the issue

Yesterday I visited the rented place; I was ready to give my first and last for the credit check too, and an employee told me that the owner will take a decision on Monday. I agreed with his words, and then today I got mail from Bricks Property about “the unit which I visited being rented.” Seriously, if you didn’t want to give it to me, then tell me “No” at that time. Don’t play this dirty game.

These property owners are an absolute joke. They refuse to do their job in any and all capacities. You have a horrible neighbour? Tell Brick so they can tell ypu all their made-up reasons for why they refuse to do anything about it. Want to point out that it's literally their job by definition to do so? Too bad, they refuse to do their job. Absolute clowns who don't see their tennants as actual human beings. They truly don't care about people at all.
