Brought my brother’s car in for a straightforward winter tire swap, but when he went to pick it up, the shop claimed he’d also requested an oil change, which he definitely didn’t. and tried to charge him an absurd $340 for it. No one called to confirm the extra work, and it was never authorized. It comes off like a sneaky upsell rather than a genuine mistake. Frustrating experience overall, and not somewhere we’ll be going back to.

I brought my car in To get my tires changed and they call me saying the total will be $340 for a tire change and an oil change that I didn’t even ask for but even when they said I would have the oil changed for free. They Still said it would cost $240 which is ridiculous. For a tire change??? And the tires were extremely dirty to top it off 😂 like come on.
