As soon as I walked through the doors I received amazing service. They go above and beyond ! James was extremely helpful and kind. Joe worked on my car I couldn't be happier with the service. He went through everything to make sure there was no issues. He took care of it all. It needed a little more work than I thought so he arranged for me to get a rental and a shuttle to get me to entreprise. He also went extra mile and washed the car. Highly recommended to get your car serviced here ! Thank you for all your help and hard work.

I had such an amazing experience working with John Michael Credico at Brian Cullen Motors! He made the entire process of trading in my Trax RS and purchasing my Cadillac XT4 smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. John was professional, patient, and genuinely kind from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt confident in my decision, and worked hard to get everything handled efficiently. I never felt pressured — just supported. I absolutely love my Cadillac XT4, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding service I received. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and truly dedicated to helping you, I highly recommend asking for John Michael Credico! Thank you again for such a great experience

I’m surprised by the recent five-star reviews praising Steve Szabo, but perhaps they shed light as to why he was too busy to engage in the recent lead from my wife and me. She and I did some homework on Cullen’s website, and she decided she’d like to see a ‘26 Trailblazer, so on we went to Cullen’s showroom. Steve spent about five minutes with us; he let us sit in the vehicle, showed us a few features, and answered our questions (specifically, some comparisons between the new model versus a ‘22 we had viewed at a dealership across town). Wanting to sleep on such a purchase, we took Steve’s card, and we also asked him about my father-in-law’s GM employee discount: he didn’t know but assured us he’d follow up, which was fine. This is the point in which Steve stopped indicating interest in selling a vehicle. As my wife and I left Cullen moments later, we found a blue ‘26 LT outside. I took a picture of the vehicle, the dealer sticker, and the VIN. Roughly 24 hours later, my wife decided she liked the blue LT and was ready to buy. She emailed Steve (paraphrased): “Hi again, I’ve decided I’d like to buy the ‘26 blue LT. Here’s a picture of the vehicle and the VIN. How would I proceed with a cash purchase, could you estimate my trade-in value, and can you confirm GM employee discount?” Three days after email was sent, Steve replied “we only have two used Trailblazers for sale at the moment, and used wouldn’t be eligible for GM employee discount.” This was not at all what my wife had asked, but a bit of confusion was…forgivable. My wife replied and reiterated she wanted the new model, attached the picture again, once again said she’d pay cash, and asked for Steve’s guidance on trade-in value and GM employee discount. Steve didn’t reply to us whatsoever from there; he still hasn’t, and the last correspondence from my wife was sent on the 22 of January of this year. It’s now 12 February. I acknowledge Steve prioritizing greater commission opportunity, but I do sales for a living as well, and I can’t imagine ignoring a client who was ready to do business with me; I certainly can’t imagine doing so when the client had done all the legwork - not just because it’s the right way to do my job, but because it’s the right thing to do, period. My wife and I fortunately received tiptop service from pillar to post at a different GM dealership within Niagara. I’m glad they provided us a compendious experience and acted like they wanted our business, particularly during a time of year where cars don’t sell readily; it’s too bad Steve didn’t feel the same way.

I had an excellent experience leasing my car with John Michael. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle and deal for my needs. I’m very happy with my lease and grateful for his professionalism. Highly recommend working with John-Micheal!!

The staff is absolutely amazing, 5 stars to the staff. I did have to come back due to some parts of my trim not fitting in but they got me in quickly and fixed it. The paint looks amazing and I’m happy to have the big dent gone!
