This location is by far in need of a restoration and new equipment. You would think that the Loblaws group of companies would invest a little bit of money into even it's low budget Grocers like No Frills after boasting a billion dollars in profit last year. However this store has friendly stafe and all your grocery needs.

Terrible and dirty. Never keeps the sales in stock. The owner is ignorant. Enough with selling rotten fruit and vegetables and full price at that. Don't know how this store has 4 stars. Workers shouldn't be on their cell phones unless they are on break. Help customers out without attitude. That's always something.

My aunt, who is a senior, had a very disturbing experience at this location on Friday. After completing her purchase and leaving the store, she was approached in the parking lot by a loss prevention officer. He physically grabbed her wrist and her purse and forced her back into the store while accusing her of theft. No theft was proven. This situation was handled in an extremely inappropriate and aggressive manner. No one, especially a senior, should be physically restrained or publicly accused without clear evidence. We are very disappointed with how this was handled and expect better training and accountability from staff, especially in situations involving vulnerable customers who have already paid and left the store. This experience was upsetting and completely avoidable.

I went to No Frills PC store today and it was freezing. The cashiers are all dressed in hats and gloves thick sweaters you could almost see your breath. When I asked if the heating bill was paid (jokingly) I was told it’s been a week of freezing!! It’s 0 in the store. I’m sure the labour board wouldn’t like these conditions.

I have been shopping at No Frills and Food Basics for many years and support both stores completely. Very nice staff and friendly, helpful, courteous and so willing to help me with any problems I have finding items, and that is so important to me 🙏. I look forward to seeing new flyers every week and then take advantage of the sales and stock up 🍓🍒🍎🌶️🍑🍊🍌🌽🍍🥬🫑🥦🥐☕🧋🫖 etc.Keep up the good work with it because we count on you to get good deals for all the prices being so high.
