Brand Name Shoes

Came here today looking for steel toe shoes and was directed by the staff of where to find them and if needed help to advise. Was super easy to look through the massive selection and find the size I needed. Was easily satisfied with the selection and able to pick out a great pair at excellent price. While I was there, I observed a massive amount of discounted shoes name brand and will return shortly for more footwear.

Rushed there after work to get my son shoes for a semi formal. We got there at 5:40 and no one was wanting to help us but everyone made sure to tell us “we had like 5 minutes”. Yes. We saw your hours. Yes. We knew we had TWENTY minutes. Maybe if you were more concerned about helping customers things would be quicker instead of being completely ignorant.

I used to drive past this business very often and then decided to venture it. All sizes and width are available in all name brands at extremely affordable prices. I even got matching hand bags for my boots and shoes. This will be my go to for Sketchers, Clark's and all other name brands. No more going to different stores to get what I want, everything is in one place, even a shoe horn. Haha

I changed my review, they've really upped their game with customer service. It really is the best price for name brand shoes. Just remember, final sale if you wear the shoes. Rude, insulting and unprofessional staff. Staff member Shelly commented "What, you don't know how to write?" When I asked her to write her name on the business card she had offered me to contact the head office. She had refused to accept a size exchange from shoes I had purchased the previous day. These shoes were not worn, I had the receipt and packaging intact. On a previous visit I had an issue with rudeness and unprofessionalism from Madelyn the manager. Perhaps it is built into store policy and training. Word to the wise, If you buy shoes here make sure you don't ever need to exchange them or be prepared to endure abuse and insults when you return. Three times will not be the charm for me with this store. I have a useless pair of $100 running shoes.

Great service and choice, I was instantly greeted by a member of staff who explained where all the men’s shoes were, two further ladies upstairs asked if I was able to find what I wanted and the lady on the checkout was also very professional
