Brand Name Shoes

If I could give no stars I would, no customer service whatsoever. I've been in this store several times as well as made a phone call and the most unhelpful people, with very curt response when asked a question. Please get some helpful kind staff!!!!!!

First time in the store went there to buy boots for the winter, and the woman in there was extremely rude. She was of no help what so ever. Terrible customer service she made me feel like it was inconvenient to be in her store and I was bothering her will never go back. Whoever the manager or owner of the store is should seriously talk to their staff about how rude they are with people. Keep that kind of customer service up and you’ll be out of business in no time

While I was at the store, I had trouble finding larger size shoes in my size. I had asked the store associate for help, and she was quick to help. I pointed out a couple of shoes and styles I liked, and she had taken the size and style and began calling other stores to check stock. I was able to find a couple of other locations with my size and styles. I was given the option to ship them to the store I was at or go pick the shoes up. The associate went above and beyond, and I will definitely return in the future.

Horrible owner very rude and disrespectful. Will never come back to this store and will not recommend to anyone.
