Nothing but great things to say about Brand Blvd (shout out to Allison and Lindsey)! I’ve worked with them in a previous job and was happy to learn my current employer does as well. They offer top quality products and have so many options that are sustainable, which is key for us! A+ on customer service; always quick to respond, help with last minute requests and they take care of all the heavy lifting for us. Love the quality of the products and what Brand stands for; having sustainable and smart choices makes them really stand out. They also have an incredible reputation in the Niagara community.

Brand Blvd is my go-to place for swag and merch. The experts there know exactly what to recommend to get what you want. They were so kind and gracious to work with our skating club and even with our small order made us feel just as important as their biggest client. The quick turnaround time made it so we were able to get orders out to folks on time for Christmas gifts. I never have to worry because I trust Brand Blvd to bring my vision to reality.

Great customer service and their apparel is always good quality. The staff go above and beyond to meet my company's needs. My only complaint is packaging. We are trying to minimize the use of one use plastic, yet an order of 500 Keychains came individually packaged in plastic bags. So my one recommendation would be to analyze packaging. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Our first time ordering branded merch through Brand Blvd, and it was an excellent experience. We were looking for decently priced, simple but nice hats with our logo embroidered on them to give to our warehouse staff and dealers. The quality of the product is exactly what we were looking for. Our customer service rep, Katrina, was great in resolving shipping issues as we recently moved and forgot to update them with the new address. We look forward to ordering more items in the future, and highly recommend them!
