Found this place on a fluke on autotrader because they had the car I was looking for. Paul made this sale super easy no stress. Friendly guy and jokey too which I like. I’ll definitely come back if I need a car as it was an easy process.

I would 11/10 recommend this dealership to anyone. I am now in the process of purchasing my second car from them & both times have been so easy. From someone who knows quite little in regards to financing, buying & sorting any car related things, Paul- at the Welland Ave branch, made the entire process so effortless. Within a day I had a pick up date for my new car!! Best service hands down.

I bought my Jeep 5 years ago that was advertised with soft and hard top. I did not receive the soft. When I told Paul it was missing he told me he did not advertise a soft. Luckily I kept a snapshot of the ad. I took my issue with the top to Omvic and was compensated back for the top I ended up buying. He did give me a top which was full of mold, mildew, holes and the back window attached was seized on. There was no way I could have used it. The check engine light has been on since the day I got it and I have had to do thousands in engine repairs. I pretty much have a new engine. He basically round about called me a liar and accused me of slander. Obviously he does know the meaning because I only spoke the truth. I have the emails and letters to prove it. My father was looking at a van and I thank gawd it wasn't available after everything I went through. It put a very bad taste in my mouth for any other used car lots.
