The customer service here is unmatched! I’ve been taking my Ram 1500 to Boyd for years and I have nothing but great things to say about their team. I really appreciate how they always take the time to explain things, provide detailed quotes before doing any work, and always patiently answer my questions. The work they do is excellent, and I truly appreciate the transparency and respect to my budget. I would highly recommend bringing your car Boyd!

Im impressed. i was recommended this show by AI ( yes, after plugging in the question, the AI recommended Boyd). Very friendly, and accommodating to get a last minute tire swap done. On time and good price. I like the little things as well.. clean waiting area , good coffee and comfy chairs. would recommend!

First time going here as it was close to my place. I went here to get rustproofing done and the whole process was quick and easy. What made it even better is the customer service. They are all super friendly there and it’s clean. I will definitely go back. They also left me a pack of cookies in my car with a Merry Christmas card which I thought was super cute!

This is the way a shop is supposed to be. I always enjoy going to Boyd. They're always very courteous, clean, accommodating, organized and professional. Since I perform almost all work myself on my vehicles, I only come for rustproofing (they use the best product available, in my opinion) but every time I'm there I think the same thing: This is the way a shop is supposed to be! I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any other services if the need arises. I hear them talk to other customers on the phone and in person, explaining in detail the work that was done, answering all questions with patience and professionalism. They don't oversell things, just go by the book and do their work. And they stand behind their warranty. Just a breath of fresh air in comparison to most other shops.

This is, by far, the best shop I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, honest and so helpful. I very highly recommend them. This is my go to shop now. 11/4/25 I had snow tires put on today and once again I’m a very satisfied customer. Staff there are just amazing. Really stellar customer service. 12/09/25 I took my car in for Undercoating this morning at 7:30. Though they said to come in at four and pick up the car. It was ready before 10. These guys are amazing, they do excellent work, and I highly highly recommend them. Thanks for everything, guys!
