Matt made sure everything was exactly to my liking and went above and beyond with clear communication. Delivery was fast and well organized, with the container arriving in great condition as I saw it in the yard. I just wanted to again share my appreciation and 2nd review in the hopes it will motivate others to purchase from this company. We just recently purchased our second used 20' container, this time we worked with Elaine who is an awesome human being and down to earth. I spoke with Elaine many times almost like we had been friends for years, this process was as easy as it gets. Matt and Christine are also awesome people who I worked with on our first container. We now have 2 x 20' containers, used ones not the new / one trip container so if you are getting used, understand there will be marks rust dents etc however they are guaranteed to be wind and water and rodent tight. Our first one we got 2 yrs ago remains dry as sand BUT you must put vents in, I highly suggest buying the vents they sell here they work amazing!!! we have 2 vents 1 at each end of the container and I can tell you no bugs rodents or condensation, even my deer corn remains dry. We managed to get a family friend to buy here recently and they have NO regrets. Thank you very much Elaine for all of your time and calls and also the driver Arshdeep is amazing as well. That guy got the container into the spot we prepped even with a couple unexpected situations he managed to get it exactly onto the pads and keep it level, a truly skilled driver and very nice guy. Buy at Boxtainer you wont regret it!!!!!! Looking forward to the maple syrup season in our unique sugar shack in progress!

Matt was fair and truthful to deal with, without his help and explanations I would have purchased something I wouldn't have been happy with! - Great having a yard in our area where we could get eyes and hands on with the product. THANKS for all your help. I would encourage anyone looking for a container to contact Matt. On another note the delivery was totally smooth, despite being a tight spot the driver dropped the container exactly where we wanted it. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!!
